Use a special fur detergent to clean your lambskin, as the grease is removed from the fur during washing. Our Kaiser detergent with lanolin safely cleans all medical sheepskin products at 30°C. Lanolin has a moisturising effect and keeps the leather supple. We recommend cleaning the footmuff for convenience. During the drying process, the leather side contracts. It is therefore very important that the two of the lambskin are repeatedly kneaded and pulled into shape during the dry phase. Also note that you should not dry skins over the heater or in the blazing sun.
