Sea grapes, also known as *Caulerpa lentillifera*, are a nutritious edible seaweed. They contain vitamins and minerals, and their texture is rich and juicy like caviar, hence the name "green caviar." Instructions: First, pour out the sea grapes and rinse them once. Then, put them in a bowl and soak them in warm water. After 1-2 minutes, the sea grape pearls will become plump and ready to eat with dipping sauce. Note: Soaked sea grapes should not be exposed to heat or acid for a long time, as this will cause them to shrink and significantly affect the taste. They should be eaten with dipping sauce. Explosive taste, vibrant green color, plump grains, incredibly crispy texture, rich juice, and a rich mouthfeel. Can be eaten with dipping sauce, or paired with sushi, salads, and sashimi. Sea grape production date is as indicated on the packaging. Shelf life: 360 days. Store in a cool, dry place. Soak and consume as soon as possible after opening the package.
