DESIGN: The teapot from the Tea collection, designed by Marta Sansoni, plays on the ambiguity of the name: Tea as tea in the Anglo-Saxon language but also Tea as a female name. The designer was inspired by this ambivalence because if the name immediately declares its function, the same evokes the Feminine, which is her perception of the teapot object: sweet, cozy, round, loving. MATERIAL AND PROCESSING: Borosilicate glass, handmade, lamp-molded Capacity: 35 cl; Dimensions: D9.5 x H6.5 cm Washing: dishwasher safe at low temperatures (recommended 40 °C) THE BRAND: Ichendorf began in the early 20th century, in a town near Cologne, named Quadrath-Ichendorf. Since 1990 Ichendorf has settled in Milan, creating a new story, where architects and designers enter the soul of the material to infuse each creation different signs. The constant encounter of tradition and innovation, always aimed at the pursuit of beauty in its purest forms, gives life to all products Ichendorf.
