Hummus Chickpeas with Vegetables Pot 125 ml

Hummus means "chickpea" in Arabic, and so we call them colloquially fried cream to which add lemon chickpeas and tahini (sesame paste). At Rosara we have interpreted this great recipe of Middle Eastern cuisine, adding our list of vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, olive oil...etc) and a slight touch of specialty, the result is a balanced dish with many ingredients.
