It is intended for stationary use and does not use unreliable suction cups or harmful adhesive just for a computer video light. Position your camera first, then add the monitor lights. The pre-installed diffuser provides a soft light panel for a more natural glow and look. With a suitable lighting kit for video conferencing, you will look your best when making a video call. Adjustable brightness and temperature. Includes cable clips and Velcro straps. Add-on light does not include a power cord and only works with a single or double light kit.
