The UX UV filter can be used on both film and digital cameras. The UV glass absorbs the UV rays, so the images appear clearer, sharper and mitigate haze veil. This new 10x coating, which has been applied to both sides of the filter glass, ensures reliable reflex suppression. WR coating layers - water can bead off immediately upon contact with the glass without leaving marks. The glass is held by a new and very thin aluminium coating.
