This blend contains black tea from India, cardamom seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and natural cardamom and vanilla flavours. The seasoning of nutmeg and cardamom comes through. Contains caffeine. Tin of 20 bags HOW TO MAKE CHAI Heat a pint of milk and a cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until warm. Add 3 bags of chai tea and 6 Demerara sugar cubes (or to taste).
