It shows the charging status as well as whether disposable batteries or defective batteries have been accidentally inserted. New to this charger is the function "battery status check". With this function, you can quickly and easily check whether your batteries are still sufficiently filled or need to be recharged. This way you avoid unexpected situations with empty batteries and unnecessary charging of the batteries. Other safety precautions include the automatic power off timer and dV full charge detection.
