Each tea bag contains carefully selected, half-open, golden-yellow flowers. The flowers are full, with clearly defined petals, never broken or powdery. Place a flower in a clear glass; as hot water is slowly poured in, the flower gradually absorbs the water, unfurls, and floats in the glass, displaying its brilliance—the pleasure of tea begins with visual enjoyment. Golden Tea belongs to the Camellia genus, the same family as regular green tea, but its brewing process is quite different—it lacks the bitterness caused by strong theine. The initial taste is a delicate interplay of floral aroma and gentle sweetness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste characteristic of Camellia plants. The raw materials for this Golden Tea are carefully selected. After harvesting, the flowers are graded according to their degree of opening, and impurities and withered petals are removed. Then, a low-temperature drying/freeze-drying process is used to fix the color and shape of the flowers, preserving their integrity and natural color to the greatest extent possible.
