Familiar playing feel meets futuristic design: The Novita 3.0 E-Cello is based on the size, playability, and feel of a classic 4/4 cello – suitable for beginners without acclimatization. The progressive design with visible wood structure and spirit varnish combines tradition with modern aesthetics. High-quality construction of solid wood and carbon: The body is made of linden and maple, complemented by a solid maple neck and a robust carbon frame. This material combination ensures stability, durability, and optimal sound development. Flexible preamp system with clever connections: A switchable output allows playing through headphones or an amplifier – designed for silent practice or stage performance. EQ controls, volume control, and AUX-In for playalongs offer additional sound variety and creative freedom. Finest sound components for precise playing: With Wittner fine-tuning pegs, Wittner tailpiece, and Larsen Aurora strings, the cello is tuned for clean intonation and brilliant sound. The specially developed GEWA-pickup delivers an expressive signal via the integrated piezo system directly at the bridge (optionally mounted on the left or right). Practical, compatible, and stage-ready: The high-quality ULSA endpin with ebony cone ensures secure standing and comfortable playing. The instrument is compatible with most GEWA-Gig-Bags and cases (excluding Idea and Air series) – especially pracical for on-the-go. Note: A 9V battery for the preamp system is not included.
