Garofalo Elbow Macaroni has been specially developed for the UK market as it is not a mould in Italy; the curved (elbow) macaroni is perfect for macaroni cheese, allowing the sauce to enclose the tubes both inside and out. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Made from 100% premium durum wheat pouring which is rich in protein and results in an Al Dente cooked pasta texture.
