High-quality Italian pasta maker Garofalo has been making since 1789 in Gragnano near Naples, the birthplace of pasta in Italy. IGP status; a guaranteed seal that officially recognises the quality of pasta made in Gragnano. Garofalo Elbow Macaroni has been specially developed for the UK market as it is not a mould in Italy; the curved (elbow) macaroni is perfect for macaroni cheese, allowing the sauce to enclose the tubes both inside and out. Suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets. Made from 100% premium durum wheat pouring which is rich in protein and results in an Al Dente cooked pasta texture.
