The lens offers seamless switching between continuous autofocus and manual focus* during recording, so perfect results are always at hand. This advanced feature maximizes versatility for focus transitions, allowing the user to intervene and take control when needed. *Focus feature requires a firmware update of the compatible camera. Zoom lenses are rarely used with gimbal stabilization devices because changing the focal length of the lens can affect its center of gravity.
