The system has a tool with a clamping ring that you slide the PVA Bag over. This tool holds the PVA Bag open making it easy to fill and has a notch for your rig. After filling the bag, turn it around and wet the top of the bag that is still around the tool. After this you push the PVA Bag through the tool and you have a nice closed PVA feeding bag: ready to cast!
