Formosa Jade Oolong ✅ This delicacy comes from the island of Taiwan and is popular and appreciated worldwide. Its rolled leaves form small, firm balls. In the cup, it presents itself in green-gold colour, its aroma is characterised by peach blossom delicate fruitiness. ✅ Its name: Oolong means "black dragon". The Formosa Jade Oolong resembles green rather than black tea. Thanks to its light oxidation, it combines the taste and health benefits of both varieties. Formosa Jade Oolong was probably created in the way that loose green tea began to oxidize on the long transport routes through the mountainous landscapes of China. Around the year 1800, oolong tea finally became known and enjoyed drinking in Taiwan. ✅ Its preparation: brew three to four teaspoons of the beads with a litre of boiled and slightly cooled water and let it brew for three minutes before pouring the golden fragrant liquid through a sieve. Just like green tea, we recommend you make several infusions. Then let them pull only very briefly, no longer than about a minute. ✅ STORAGE & DURABILITY When you store the tea away from heat sources, dry, airtight and protected from light, you can store it for at least one year without loss of quality.
