New Harvest 2025/26 Extra virgin olive oil from L'Albagés (Lleida) produced with olives of the Arbequina variety and protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Les Garrigues. The olives are harvested in mid-November, when temperatures are lower and the fruit begins to change color, to extract the maximum aroma, flavor and nutritional properties of Arbequina olives. Cold extraction at 22ºC allows to preserve all the antioxidants and polyphenols of extra virgin olive oil. Aroma: Soft, delicate and complex. Sweet notes predominate over intense, giving way to a pleasant aroma of red fruits and ripe banana. A medium intensity is also perceived with aromas of green almond, artichoke, herb and tomato Flavor: Pleasant and silky, with sweet and slightly bitter and spicy touches, leaving a lingering almond flavor Awards: Fontfleurie has received the Best Catalan Oil Award in the Medium Fruity Category in the 2025/26 campaign.
