Extra Virgin olive oil from Mendavia (Navarra), made only with olives of the variety "arbequina", with very intense aromas due to its cold pressing and carried out no later than twelve hours after the olive harvest. The result is an oil of a yellowish-green color, dense and with body. With a clean fragrance, which surprises with its liveliness and reminiscent of green and fresh fruits. It also notices notes of tomato, grass, artichoke, apple, and to a lesser extent banana and wild fruits. Its taste is close to the bitter marzipan, slightly pungent, but soft and fluid at the end of the mouth.
