Tea Description: Experimental Organic Red (Black) Tea is a lightweight, non-tannic Nepalese tea, combining oolong leaf shaking method with a short semi-anaerobic 24-hour treatment. Origin and success: This tea comes from Nepal and was one of the first successful tea experiments. Preparation method: We recommend that you brew this tea using the traditional Chinese method (Gong Fu Cha) using a gaiwan or a small teapot of about 150ml. Infusion procedure: After a quick rinsing of the leaves at 95°C, the first infusion lasts 5 seconds. Each subsequent infusion requires more water and an increased time of 10 seconds (15, 25, 35… up to 5 infusions). Storage: To maintain freshness and quality, store tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
