Excelsa Forn-Ok pans, casseroles and pasta cooker are made from thick forged aluminium with a 5-layer Pfluon non-stick coating with mineral particles. This type of non-stick coating allows all types of food to be cooked in a healthy and homogeneous way, avoiding burns, uneven cooking and adding unnecessary seasonings. All pans and one handle saucepan have a soft touch effect handle with a practical hole (2.5 cm x 1.2 cm) at the end of the handle that allows you to hang them on common kitchen hooks The Forn-Ok battery products can be used on all cooking surfaces (induction, gas, ceramic, electric), including the conventional oven. Thanks to the material of which the handles are made, the products can be used for cooking in a traditional oven up to a maximum temperature of 220 °C. For a longer life cycle of your battery it is preferable to hand wash using a neutral detergent and a non-abrasive sponge.
