An early harvest and cold extraction extra virgin olive oil produced in Begíjar (Jaén). With green olives of the Picual variety, carefully selected and collected in the first days of October. It has an intense fruity aroma with fresh green undertones and notes of freshly cut grass, olive leaf, green olive, tomato and artichoke. Also appreciated shades of green apple, banana peel and almond. It is balanced and elegant. The bitter is light and the spicy is soft, leaving a fruity and slightly vegetative aftertaste. The quality of Essential Olive Picual has been awarded in several of the most reputed competitions in the olive sector. This monovarietal has won the Mario Solinas First Prize and the First Prize in IberOleum and has also been featured in Jaén Selección, Flos Olei and Expoliva.
