The manufacturer - We refine hand-picked coffee fresh daily in two small roasters. We roast only a few packs of specialty coffee daily in our roasting shop in Passau. And for this it needs exactly three things: high-quality green coffee, a partnership with coffee farmers at eye level and an honest craftsmanship. The coffee - We source coffee in such a way that not only the quality, but also the payment of the coffee growers. Because good coffee should do more than taste good.
