The manufacturer - We refine hand-picked coffee fresh daily in two small roasters. We roast only a few packs of specialty coffee daily in our roasting shop in Passau. The claim - coffee should be simple, straightforward and good. And for this it needs exactly three things: high-quality green coffee, a partnership with coffee farmers at eye level and an honest craftsmanship. The coffee - We source coffee in such a way that not only the quality, but also the payment of the coffee growers. Because good coffee should do more than taste good. This gives the beans the chance to break down unpleasant acids and build up complex aromas.
