This drill bit is particularly suitable for assembly work due to its large effective length and total length and allows drilling of thick beams and rafters. Thanks to the production with rectified spiral and cylindrical shaft, the wood twist drill bit impresses with its high-quality workmanship. The special cutting geometry ensures a clean cut through the wood fibres before drilling. The centering point ensures precise drilling without "running" the drill. The result: good chip ejection, circular and dimensionally accurate drilling and clean hole edge quality. Ground production results in better concentricity compared to flat rolled wood drills, as no bending occurs during production. The drill is suitable for drilling holes in hardwood and softwood, in glued woods and coated panels, as well as in MDF and acrylic glass. Optimal results are achieved with a hand drill, floor drill or bench drill. Included in the scope of application: 5 x ENT steel wood drill bits in the long version.
