Coulommiers, reblochon or goat cheese, place the cheese in the cheese Baker (diameter 17 cm) with the filling of your choice (honey, herbs, spices..), close and bake 15 to 20 minutes. You can serve directly in the cheese baker: soak in bread, or crackers or serve with a small spoon on vegetables, potatoes or cold meats. During cooking, the lid infuses flavours, prevents cheese from drying out, retains odours and keeps it warm until the time of serving.
