The Eko Ranger CW Eq features a classic Dreadnought shape with spruce top and basswood back and sides. The neck is made of birch with 20 frets South American Roupanà fingerboard, plastic saddle and nut. Ranger is certainly the word that resonates most in Eko history and has helped establish it as a European brand. Born under the name J-52 this guitar is updated and improved each time to the J-54 (6 strings) and J-56 (12 strings) versions which in 1967 were named respectively Ranger VI and Ranger XII.
