Description

Amazon The Ranger XII VR EQ Honey Burst is the 12-string electrified acoustic guitar from the "Vintage Reissue" line with a Dreadnought form from EKO Guitars, amplified with Fishman Sonitone system. Celebrate the original 60s models by reviving past features combined with more modern construction choices. It features a spruce top, mahogany sides and back, mahogany neck and South American Roupanà fingerboard. An acoustic guitar with low cost, perfect for students, for live use, for vintage enthusiasts and those who decide to start studying the guitar with a reliable and performing instrument. Eko Guitars continues the tradition of the famous Ranger with the Vintage Reissue line that reproduces different features of the original models, such as the bolt-on handle, adjustable aluminium saddle, zero-fret and rectangular dots. Technically improved, the new Ranger VI VR maintains the same combination of woods, with Mahogany for sashes and bottom and Spruce for the top. The onboard preamp is the Fishman Sonitone: the system controls the electric piezo and offers volume and tone controls. A retro look, thanks to the revised pickguard that retains the typical shape of the past. The first edition of this guitar takes us back to 1962 when EKO decided to produce a series of folk guitars based on the popular Dreadnought shape, very fashionable in America in those times. The first 6-string guitar took the name of J54 and immediately became an immediate success for playability and price. Available in the following colours: Natural Top Stained, Honey Burst.
