Mix 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/2 cup water, 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce, 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar in a small pan. Bring to a boil on the stove over medium heat, reduce heat, stir more often and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove, empty the sauce into a glass and let it rest in the fridge for 8 hours. This makes the aroma of the spices fully come into its own. An easy to make sauce that tastes delicious on beef and pork.
