Flexible wire cable, multi-stranded 1 x 2.5 mm² (flexible), several fine copper cores set into a flexible strand. The H07V-K single core has multiple copper strands in flexible design that allows it to be laid in tight spaces and in tight bends. For comparison, the H07V-U has a rigid strand that retains a firm shape. Both cables are referred to as single cores, but the H07V-K is suitable for applications with tighter spaces and bends. Full copper 99.9% OFC, according to VDE 0281 - fire behaviour class according to EN 13501-6: Eca - flame retardant according to VDE 0482-332-1-2/IEC 60332-1-2 - CE Outer diameter approx. 3.45 mm, strand diameter approx. 1.76 mm = 2.4316 mm² = 2.5 mm² (see also conversion table of diameter in cross section in the product images) Selected and assembled for you by the cable professionals of EBROM mm² what does that mean? - The cross-section of a cable is not just the width of the copper wire, but corresponds to the area of a circle. How to calculate it: measure the diameter of the copper wire, square it (multiply it by yourself), divide the result by four and multiply it by 3.14 (Pi). The result is the area of the copper core in square millimetres - similar to how you would determine the area of a round table.
