The XG Hotend is not only lightweight (only 40 grams), but also features a kinematic clutch, high-quality materials and a titanium heat brake. Multiple mounting options for printers such as Prusa, Creality and Voron with mounting options for the part fan to the side of the frame Features: New nozzle design to improve heat transfer (M4 thread) and easy one-handed nozzle replacement: Hotend with heatsink can be quickly and easily removed from the frame with just two M2 screws: Small and quiet 2510 fan: Separate functions of nozzle and heatbreak. The nozzle melts the filament and the heatbreak ensures a sharp temperature transition. Ring heating hotend design with ceramic heating for very fast heating times (280 °C in less than 1 minute) Highest material selection: heat sink (copper), heatbreak (titanium), KC fixation (titanium), ring heating (copper-nickel-plated), nozzle (copper-nickel-plated), frame (aluminium for lightweight design) Kinematic coupling to ensure rigid mounting to the frame but very little to no heat transfer. Rigid Architecture The M4 threaded thermistor ensures that it is intended to replace thermistors with PT100 or PT1000. The cable position can be changed to 6 discrete positions.
