PLANT: The grey-haired rock rose is a native, almost forgotten aromatic plant with a balsamic taste. Only plants of the variety Cistus incanus L. Pandalis (herb with wood content) are harvested for this tea. So they have also been traditionally used as home tea. Preparation as herbal tea: pour one infusion bag/a teaspoon per cup (equivalent to approx. 1.5 g) Cystus organic tea herb with boiling water and – depending on taste – let it brew for 7 to 10 minutes.
