Mix all ingredients with a whisk by hand or in a planetary mixer until the mixture is homogeneous. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding the necessary water. Leave for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture into a hot pan. CREPES RECIPE - FOLLOW OUR TIPES: for crepes: 250g product, 80g whole eggs, 320g water, 100g melted butter or margarine. Mix all ingredients with a whisk by hand or in a planetary mixer until the mixture is smooth. If necessary, adjust the consistency by adding the necessary water. Leave for 5 minutes.
