Deligreece Epirus Raspberry Jam Extra 85% Fruit Content

The mountainous region of Epirus in northwest Greece is an ideal growing area for raspberries due to its climatic conditions. Until late autumn, aromatic raspberries are gently processed into a fine, fruity jam immediately after harvest. Thanks to the very high fruit content, we can completely do without gelatin or pectins during preparation. Enjoy this particularly aromatic variety on yogurt, tarts, ice cream or simply for breakfast. Ingredients: fresh raspberries, sugar, fresh lemon juice Origin: Northern Greece, Epirus 180 g. No pectins, gelling agents or other additives. Due to the high fructose content of the selected, sun-ripened, fresh fruits, only a little sugar and fresh lemon juice is added.
