Non-stick: thanks to its soft, non-stick composition, it can withstand temperatures from -70°C to +300°C. Its inner surface is smooth and thanks to the natural non-stick effect promotes removal from the mould. Air system: the mould for 28 traditional mini canelé bordelais has a patented system that provides a conductivity of the mould as well as better caramelisation of the juices. R'System provides even baking with perforations for hot air circulation. Use: cooking in a traditional oven or in a water bath is recommended. Be careful not to put it under a grill or microwave.
