All cookers: The MINERAL B De Buyer wok with tail is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction. 99% steel, 1% carbon, 100% natural. A flash oven is possible for 10 minutes at 200°C. Cooking surface: The diameter of the MINERAL B De Buyer wok is 32 cm. Its cooking diameter is 8 cm. MAINTENANCE: Deglaze and rinse with hot water, dry and then lightly oil the pan before storing in a dry place. It is important not to use detergents or put in the dishwasher.
