Made in France: the de Buyer cake mould with rounded edges is ideal for baking cakes, whether savoury or sweet, but also marble cakes. Robust: the de Buyer cake mould is dimensionally stable and completely leak-proof. Thanks to the steel it is made of, it offers excellent baking results due to its even heat distribution. The PTFE coating, which is guaranteed PFOA-free, allows easy demoulding, protects the steel from oxidation and simplifies use. Practical: this de Buyer cake pan is suitable for traditional baking in the oven (+220 °C maximum). It is not suitable for use in the microwave. Be careful not to use metal objects in the mould.
