Exceptional material strength: This filament is made of 15% cut carbon fibres and offers a 45% higher tensile strength and a bending modulus of up to 180.86 MPa. This makes it ideal for high-performance components such as aerospace brackets, structural parts in the automotive industry and industrial plants. Excellent moisture resistance and stability: The Hyper PA612 base polymer ensures extremely low water absorption (only 2.8% compared to conventional nylon) and thus retains its structural integrity even in damp environments. It is ideal for outdoor applications, marine components and high-precision equipment that requires long-term stability. High-precision, detailed printing: A diameter tolerance of ±0.03 mm ensures even interlayer adhesion and surface texture, allowing the printing of the finest details, ideal for functional prototypes, medical device cases and consumer electronics. Optimised printing process: Designed for smooth extrusion, it is compatible with most FDM 3D printers, including Creality, Prusa and Anycubic. Recommended pressure settings: nozzle temperature of 280-300°C and heatbed temperature of 80-90°C to reduce warping and interlayer adhesion. Industrial packaging for longer durability: Each 1 kg roll is vacuum sealed and contains a desiccant to prevent moisture from entering. For optimal printing results, dry the roll in the oven for 8-12 hours at 80°C.
