TRADITIONAL FLAVOUR CREAM - To add flavor to our melted raw milk cheese. Mild flavour with intense note and mature cheese. FRESH CHEESE WITH ROSINS - Soft taste and consistency, slightly sweet due to the influence of raisins, with small pieces inside. FRESH CHEESE WITH IBERIAN LOIN - Mild taste and mild texture, with hints of paprika and oleic acid and with small sirloin pieces that can be found in it. Recommended use: spread on toast or bread as an appetizer. As an ingredient, it can be used in salads or tartar, accompanied by foods such as avocado or mango. Storage recommendation: store in a cool place between 1 and 7 °C. For consumption, it is recommended to heat it for at least 15 minutes before consumption. The optimal consumption temperature is between 15 and 20 ºC. After opening, store in the fridge and use within 7 days.
