Natural Process - Traditional Brazilian Santos Arabica undergoes a natural sun-drying process. The beans released from the pulp are delivered to our roaster where they are gently roasted, giving the coffee a sweet and fruity taste. Origin - Our Brazilian Arabica coffee is grown at an altitude of between 600 and 1200 m above sea level in the regions of São Paulo and Minas Gerais and then processed using the traditional "dry" method, which guarantees its unique and authentic flavor. Flavour - This Brazilian coffee is gentle, moderate, slightly sweet, with low acidity and a balanced body. The notes of nuts, caramel, cinnamon, honey and chocolate create a unique taste profile. Rating: On a scale of 1 to 5, coffee has 3 points for its fullness, 1 point for its acidity and 4 points for its flavor. These scores reflect its perfectly balanced characteristics - it is not too strong but retains the depth of the flavor. Use - Bartenders especially recommend this Arabica for the preparation of excellent Turkish coffee (mocha), ristretto and cappuccino. Regardless of the preparation, this coffee always offers a great taste experience.
