It is led by Jacques and Ghislaine SAVIN, who are brother and sister. They run about 20 employees. In ten years they have doubled the company's turnover. They produce more than 120 tons of nougat from Montélimar each year and calissons SUPREM'NOUGAT is present today in pastry chefs, confectioners, delicatessens and regional products stores. It begins to enter the mass retail market when the latter accepts the bet on quality. It is also expanding to export to Canada and the U.S.A. for 10% of turnover.
