It’s also soothing for headaches, growing pains and after-sun exposure TO USE COOL: Store in the fridge until needed. For grazes: gently clean area. Apply pack cool on sore area for 2–5 mins to help reduce inflammation. For bruises, sprains, insect bites, headaches, sunburn: apply cool for several minutes to ease discomfort WARM: Use warm for aches and stiffness where there’s no swelling. TO USE WARM: Place gel pack in hand hot water for 5 minutes. Remove carefully and test on back of hand to ensure comfortable temperature.
