Ceylon O.P. Organic A classic of natural teas, with regular leaves and the present aroma. Ideal in the morning, at breakfast. It can accommodate a cloud of milk or a slice of orange to release all its roundness. Organic tea is grown in UVA District in Idulgashinna Garden. Idulgashinna estate is located at an average altitude of 1500 m vs sea level on the eastern slopes of the central mountains of Sri Lanka. The harvest/production is only from July to September. The processing is in the so-called orthodox method (drying and oxidation of the sheet which can be bent but never broken). Initial drying takes 12-15:00, its oxidation up to 4 hours.
