The elasticated edge (or form-fitting shape) ensures that the liner sits securely in the basket and does not slip. Optimal dough rest and non-stick effect: the breathable structure regulates the moisture of the dough and prevents the crust from drying out. Thanks to the non-stick effect, the dough can be easily removed from the basket after fermentation without sticking. Durable & Easy Care: After baking, simply shake out the excess flour or brush off. If necessary, the pads can be washed briefly in warm water by hand. They are dimensionally stable, tear-resistant and can be folded to save space.
