Preparation – Simply dissolve the contents of a bag in 1 litre of milk and beat the mixture on the highest level for 5 minutes. Fill into cups or glasses and refrigerate for about 6 hours in the fridge or portion with a spoon on the dessert plate after cooling. Chocolate tip: fill the mousse into glasses before cooling to maintain the airy loose texture. The portioning should be done after cooling when the mousse has become slightly firmer.
