Description

Amazon 1 kg organic yerba mate from Brazil, matured according to Argentine tradition: at least 2 years stored mate leaves, matestalks and fine mate leaf powder - cut with stem content, con palo. Refined in modern air drying, without contact with smoke or open fire: this mate tea remains clear and full-bodied in aroma. The fine matestalks complete the infusion with a gentle sweetness. From the forest, not from plantation: our mate trees grow in the shade of other trees and are harvested by hand only every two years — two years in which each leaf can mature in peace. Hot or ice cold, your moment: classic in a mate cup with bombilla at 60 degrees, infused several times. Just as good in the French press or in the tea strainer, in summer as a tereré with ice cubes and lime. From the forest to your mug, a source of origin: direct trade with the family business, no middle-trade, organic mate tea, certified DE-ÖKO-006. Packed in grass paper, sent without plastic.
