ORGANIC PENNYROYAL | Hand-harvested flowers & leaves of wild mint (Mentha pulegium) of controlled ORGANIC quality. Natural, cut and dried, without additives. WHY? | We only use the cut flowers and leaves. The plant is reminiscent of the well-known peppermint both in appearance and taste, but grows smaller and has a very intense minty smell. The plant parts are carefully cleaned and immediately after gentle drying are packed in an airtight packaging. HOW? | ORGANIC pennyroyal can be used to make herbal teas. Ground pennyroyal can be used to flavour sumptuous dishes. OUR TIP | Freshly ground, our Organic Pennyroyal can be used as a spice for hearty dishes, for example for aspic, fatty sauces, strong marinades and to refine goat cheese.
