HOW? | The dried and cut plant parts of the lady's mantle are used mainly for tea. OUR TIP | Put 1 tsp of ORGANIC lady's mantle herb in a tea strainer, hang the filled strainer in a cup and fill the cup with boiling hot water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, then remove the strainer, and the tea is ready to drink.
