These fragrant juniper shrubs are protected species, but the berries may be collected and used. HOW? | The juniper berries are harvested from wild-growing juniper shrubs, dried whole and packaged for consumption. They are used to season wild game, sauerkraut, roast dishes and can serve as a base raw material for the production beverages. OUR TIP | ORGANIC juniper berry should be used sparingly for cooking.
