ORGANIC FENNEL ANISE CARAWAY TEA BLEND WITH PEPPERMINT | 100% natural blend made from whole organic fennel seeds, organic anise seeds, organic caraway seeds and aromatic organic peppermint. Carefully balanced for herbal and spice teas – mildly sweet, anise-like, pleasantly spicy with a refreshing minty touch. WHY? | Four finely balanced ingredients in certified organic quality: fennel adds a mild sweetness, anise contributes a delicate liquorice-like note, caraway complements with harmonious spice, while peppermint gives the infusion a fresh and gently cooling note. Free from additives and flavourings – only pure, natural ingredients. HOW? | For 1 cup (approx. 250 ml), use 1 teaspoon (≈ 2–3 g) of the herbal blend. Pour over boiling water (100°C) and leave to infuse covered for 7–10 minutes, then strain. For a more intense aroma, the seeds can be lightly crushed before infusion.
