WHY? | The fresh and fully ripe fruit is very sensitive to pressure, which is why mangoes are usually harvested from the tree and exported unripe. Our ORGANIC mangoes are allowed to fully ripen before the fruits are sliced in strips. They taste sweet and aromatic - guaranteed without any added sugar or other additives. HOW? | After ripening, the fruit fully develops its delicious, peach-like aroma. The mangoes are then harvested, cut into strips, gently dried and carefully packaged. OUR TIP | Their aroma differs widely, and unfortunately sometimes the mango just tastes bland. This is because mangoes are harvested unripe when intended for export. For our dried mango pieces, the ORGANIC fruits are picked only when guaranteed ripe and having fully developed their aroma under the tropical sun.
