WHY? | Thanks to the added apple juice concentrate and high-quality sunflower oil, our cranberries are not only delicious but also juicy. They are also less sour, with retained natural sour flavour, as they contain no added sugar. HOW? | Cranberries have a more sour taste than raisins and can successfully replace them if you prefer your dishes less sweet – added to muesli, taken as a flavourful snack, used as a cooking and baking ingredient, or in salads. OUR TIP | Often the added sugar conceals the natural flavours. Instead of with sugar, we sweeten very subtly with concentrated apple juice, thus emphasizing the aroma of our ORGANIC cranberries, ensuring at the same time that they are not too tart and sour.
