HOW? | The beautiful yellow flowers not only add colour to food and drinks, but can also be used to brew tea. OUR TIP | Cook 200 g spaghetti al dente. Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large frying pan. Add 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and fry over medium heat until golden brown. Add 1 tbsp dried organic marigold flowers and fry briefly. Add the juice of half a lemon and stir. Transfer the pre-cooked spaghetti to the pan, mix everything carefully and season with salt and pepper.
